"We find new lake houses to stay at each January for a mom/girls weekend. We have decided this will be a repeat for us (first time). The house is stunning and comfortable and the lake is gorgeous. We so appreciated the attention to every detail and the lughting and music upon checkin made us feel right at home the moment we walked in the door. Jerry was incredibly helpful when we had questions. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return!"

"It definitely lives up to the castle name! Place was extremely clean, very well equipped with amenities and has absolutely gorgeous views and expansive backyard grounds. Pictures don't do justice to just how spacious yet cozy this place is! Jerry was very good with communication, was flexible and considerate and proactive in terms of checkin and check out while still allowing us the privacy to feel like it was only us in this little piece of heaven on earth for the weekend."

"Overall it is an amazing place to stay and we would highly recommend it. The surrounding is beautiful, all of the rooms were very clean, the furniture was in good condition, and the house was generally well equipped. The areas for improvement could have been to have clean windows, couldn't find a vacuum, and the coffee machine broke meaning we had to go and buy our own coffee. All easy things to correct. Apart from that, all good. Highly recommended."

"Our stay was fantastic! This home was a blend of luxurious comfort and high tech. With so much natural light pouring through many huge windows! The furniture is beyond comfortable, and the pool (billiards) was the perfect spot for fun. loved art on the walls! And being able to play music in every room was a cool touch. Loved sitting on the covered porch during the rain. The area around the castle is beautifully landscaped. Every detail thought through. There's also a rich variety of small restaurants and businesses to explore nearby. The hosts were really accommodating. We are grateful for their hospitality!"

"Beautiful property and Jerry was easy to communicate with and made the interior welcoming and relaxing. Only thing that was a bummer was all the outdoor cushions must have been uncovered before our stay and were soaked. Cool dock and very close to NYC."

From your personally helping me walk through the online process of booking your property to your availing yourself to me directly before, during and upon our stay, you truly have been an incredible host. Jerry and Castlebrook provided our family memories that will last a lifetime. What a way for us to celebrate 4th of July as we are now looking to make it a tradition with Jerry and his Castlebrook home for there wasn't a detail, large or small, he hasn't thought of and included in the home from the numerous amenities like his red-felt pool table and retractable projector movie screen to little things like spatula, hot-dog tongs and Q-Tip glass jars provided completely filled, there wasn't a nicety Jerry hasn't thought of or included for his guests. Simply stated, you and your home were awesome. Thank you!"

"We came to the house for a weekend on the lake. The house is beautiful, well equipped with anything you can imagine. We loved it and enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back!"

"The castle is breathtaking. The driveway can easily park 8 cars. The view is spectacular. As a corner house it has unobstructed views from two viewpoints. Jerry has prepped the house to be an oasis from the minute you enter the castle. The cool air from the AC mixed, the aromatic mist along with the peaceful music emanating from the indoor and outdoor speakers bring a zen to all that enter. The house is emasculate and well stocked. The beds and beddings are so comfortable that you do not want to leave you room - but then the view and the grounds are just so beautiful. I can not say enough about Jerry's responsiveness and willingness to ensure that all is perfect and to your satisfaction. The price is higher than other luxurious properties at the lake but worth each penny. We have stayed at many of the other places at the lake over the years but by far this is the family's favorite."

"This is my first Airbnb review. I am not the kind of person who finds it appealing to sleep in someone else’s home. I prefer luxury hotels. And staying at Castlebrook is just like staying at a Luxury hotel, but better. Fresh flowers, crisp linens, and comfortable beds are just the beginning. Castlebrook is a beautiful home with comfortable furniture, room for the whole family and a spectacular view of Greenwood lake. Jerry is a gracious, accommodating, helpful host, and I am going to return to enjoy his beautiful home very soon."
